How does it work?

Step 1: We set up a free twenty-minute online video consultation call to discuss your fitness goals.

Step 2: I add you to my personal training app. Clients can message me via the app. The app is crucial to helping clients stay consistent. I can see when clients last logged in, what they are eating, and if they are completing their workouts or not.

Step 3: It takes approximately a week or less to receive your personalized workout plan and/or meal plan.

Step 4: Once you begin your plan, I will be checking in frequently to see if you are staying on track.

Step 5: I update the workout plan/and or meal plan weekly based on the client's feedback.

Step 6: Online Training clients have the option of a weekly thirty-minute check-in video call to discuss their progress and ask questions.

FAQ:

Do you do live video training sessions?

Yes, I do. However, most online clients order meal plans, nutrition audits or workout programs. Video sessions can be added on for a lower price if you are already a client.
