Step 1: We’ll schedule a free 20-minute video consultation to discuss your fitness goals and how I can best support you.
Step 2: We’ll complete a 30-minute online fitness assessment to identify any muscular imbalances or postural deviations. This allows me to assess whether you can perform essential movement patterns with proper form and helps identify any areas of weakness to address in your personalized program.
Step 3: I add you to my personal training app. This app is an essential tool for helping clients stay consistent and accountable. Through the app, you can message me directly, and I’m able to track your progress—such as your workout completion, nutrition logs, and when you last logged in.
Step 4: It takes approximately a week or less to receive your personalized workout plan and/or meal plan.
Step 5: Once you begin your plan, I will be checking in daily to see if you are staying on track.
Step 6: I update the workout plan/and or meal plan weekly based on the client's feedback.
Step 7: Online fitness and nutrition clients have the option of a bi-weekly 30-minute video check-in to review progress, make adjustments, go over form, and ask any questions.

Do you do virtual training sessions?
Yes, I do. I offer packages with 30 min sessions and 1 Hour sessions.
