I know how frustrating it can be when everything seems too hard to change

My fitness journey began with a desire to lose weight. I was 50 lbs overweight and struggling with binge eating.

I would spend my weekends eating anything and everything I could, simply because it was the weekend. During the week, I believed my entire day was ruined if I ate so much as a cookie or a slice of pizza. I would then spend the rest of my day consuming a large amount of food because I had already “ruined my diet.” Ultimately, I was able to lose weight and change my mindset toward food. This mindset shift did not occur until I began to better educate myself on nutrition and exercise.
