Step 1: We set up a free twenty-minute online video consultation call to discuss your fitness goals further.
Step 2: I create a personalized program for you that includes mobility, strength training, cardio, and stretching. I emphasize strength training.
Step 3: I schedule you along with one or two of my clients according to your availability.

Do I need to purchase a gym membership to qualify for semi-private training?
No, I am an independent personal trainer. I pay the gym owners per every client booked. The only thing you pay for is training sessions.
Do you offer receipts for insurance?
Yes, I do.
Where are you located?
I work out of two private personal training gyms. One is downtown on St. Catherine Ouest, and the other is close to Place d'armes and Place des arts stations.
