How does it work?
Step 1: We’ll schedule a free 20-minute video consultation to discuss your fitness goals and how I can best support you.
Step 2: We’ll complete a 30-minute online fitness assessment to identify any muscular imbalances or postural deviations. This allows me to assess whether you can perform essential movement patterns with proper form and helps identify any areas of weakness to address in your personalized program.
Step 3: I add you to my personal training app. This app is an essential tool for helping clients stay consistent and accountable. Through the app, you can message me directly, and I’m able to track your progress—such as your workout completion, nutrition logs, and when you last logged in.
Step 4: It takes approximately three business days to receive your personalized workout plan.
Step 5: Once you begin your plan, I will be checking in daily to see if you are staying on track.
Step 6: I update the workout plan weekly based on the client's feedback.
