What is Nutrition Coaching?
Nutritional Coaching is a bestseller because:

*You learn the proper portion sizes for your body.
*It's more affordable than meal planning.
*You have more flexibility in your diet.
Step 1: We start with a free 20-minute video call to discuss your fitness goals and how to adjust your meals for success.
Step 2: I add you to my app, where you can upload photos of your food for accountability. If you want to learn calorie and macro tracking, I’ll connect with you on MyFitnessPal to monitor your food logs.
Step 3: I review your food daily and provide friendly, helpful feedback on what’s working and what to improve.
Step 4: Every two weeks, we’ll have a 30-minute video call to check in and adjust your plan as needed.

I already use another macro-tracking app. Do I have to use My Fitness Pal?
No, you do not. I will try my best to accommodate clients.
I struggle with disordered eating or have an eating disorder. Should I track my macros and calories?
I do not recommend these types of clients track their macros. If you struggle with disordered eating it is best to speak to a registered dietician or psychologist.
