How it Works

Step 1: We set up a free twenty-minute online video consultation call to discuss your nutrition goals.

Step 2: I send you a questionnaire to understand more about your eating habits, preferences, allergies, and what equipment you have access to. This is important, as I reference this document when creating or updating the meal plan.

Step 3: It takes approximately a week to receive your personalized meal plan. When designing meal plans, I calculate the macros and calories for you and include different options for each meal.

Step 4: I check in throughout the week to see how things are going.

Step 5: I update your meal plan weekly based on your feedback from the previous week.

Step 6: Meal Planning clients get the option of thirty-minute weekly check-ins to ask any questions and discuss their progress.

FAQ:

Can I eat my cultural foods?

Of course, you can. You can technically eat any food and see results. As long as you are eating more nutritious options versus options low in nutrients. I take into account how you eat and what you eat when making your meal plan. If I do not know much about the food from your cultural background, I will do the research or ask questions. I already have a lot of experience with Indian (north and south), Pakistani, Gabonese, Philippine, Brazilian, Portuguese, Italian and Kosher cuisines.
