How it Works

Step 1: We start with a free 20-minute video call to discuss your nutrition goals.


Step 2: You complete a questionnaire about your eating habits, preferences, allergies, and available equipment, which I use to tailor your meal plan.


Step 3: Within a week, you’ll receive a personalized meal plan with calculated macros, calories, and meal options.


Step 4: I check in during the week to see how you’re doing.


Step 5: Your meal plan is updated weekly based on your feedback.


Step 6: Every two weeks, we’ll have a 30-minute video call to check in and adjust your plan as needed.

Absolutely! You can enjoy a wide variety of foods and still see results—as long as you focus on nutritious choices. When creating your meal plan, I consider your eating habits and food preferences. If I’m less familiar with your cultural cuisine, I’ll research or ask questions to make sure your plan fits your lifestyle.

I have experience with many cuisines, including Indian (North & South), Pakistani, Gabonese, Filipino, Brazilian, Portuguese, Italian, and Kosher diets.
